Notice of Intent 

 

A Notice of Intent to submit the NHSDA Application must be given on or before November 1st of the year prior to the induction. For example, to be considered for induction in the Spring of 2024, the Notice of Intent must be given on/before Nov. 1st, 2023. To submit the Notice of Intent, complete the form below and click submit.
